Isn't Duty Finder our cross server Party Finder already?

Like I said in the OP, Duty Finder is great and it serves its purpose but you are placed with random players of differing playstyles and you cannot do more than a single duty. In addition to that you're not able to communicate with anybody you meet in DF after the duty ends so if you meet people you like you will probably never talk to them again.

Cross server party finder + grouping would allow you to make parties with people who have the same mindset and want to do something more than a single time faster and easier. It would also allow you to communicate with people you meet and make more friends in the long run.

I believe it would also encourage people to try harder content, such as turn 5 or turn 9 since there would be more learning parties to join. There would also be more farming parties to join as well to make the hardcore players happy. In the end I feel like everybody is winning with a feature like this.
