Blitzball would be amazing, but i think that's something that would take a lot of resources to make happen. It would be game changing. Can you imagine pvp bb with premades? It would be even bigger than triple triad and chocobo racing imo.

They already have the card club in FFXIV like FFVIII had. That's what the Gold Saucer NPCs are, except they are more difficult than the card club from FFVIII. And instead of a queen, there's a king as the top player. And like FFVIII there is no questline for Triple Triad. FFVIII's had no quests either. There was just learning how to play and getting your starter cards, then from there you seek out and play other NPCs for more cards.

Meh, I don't really count those guys. They may have had a similar hierarchy but there's no advancement as they can be challenged at any time and the rewards aren't particularly impressive. I would hope that when they add more cards (3.0 I assume) there would be something more challenging for people who have more complete decks.

No no no... X-2 had you as a 'coach' of sorts. Blitzball in X, where you actually participated, was 'infinitely' more enjoyable.

Of course, that's a matter of opinion, but I'd really like to play if they were going to put the game in XD

I can't remember where, but I remember one of the devs mentioning that the solo battle arena was within the realm of possibility but I don't think they confirmed it.

Personally, I really want to see a Queen of Cards/Card Club-type quest for hardcore TT players and the motorcycle chase scene from FFVII.

I want the "Queen of Cards" to be Tataru, honestly. She seems like the kind of person to be really into TT.

I'd like a motorcycle chase sort of game, but given that we haven't seen vehicles like that yet, it'd probably have to be different. Maybe an escape from the Praetorium on the Magitek Armor?

Personally, I would not want to see that. There's already too much forced party content in the game and a serious lack of solo stuff. Why I can't wait until they implement those solo dungeons they mentioned. The closest thing you get to solo challenges are the job quests, and those are 1 time things, unlike dungeons or other things.

I said "too", meaning have it WITH solo content. No reason to have just on eor the other.
