I dont see anywhere it says about weapons with 100% spiritbond & materia equiped can be used in a spirtbond.

Do equiped materia status get upgraded when the materia on the weapon gets used in a second spirtbond?

Sword 100%+Blue Materia=Yellow Materia+1?

Do I lose materia upgrades on equipment if I even do a spirtbond on that equipment or do I need to purge equipment first before doing spirtbonding?

Don't think we have heard any thing on this. Though given the amount of equipment churn the system is supposed to create. I would hazard a guess that no it would probably not.

I think it was asked before and it was said that it still transforms into the same materia, having materia attached makes no difference.

The real question is how long will it take to spiritbond an item.

That'll determine if materia will be worth buying and how much it'll go for.

Shards 100 gil, Crystals 1,000 gil, Materia IV 10,000 gil?
Only time will tell.
