Does world transfer pass character locked world's?

You can also try creating a character at like 1-3am pst, the lock is usually lifted at that time because few people are on. I have done it many times on both Sarg and Balmung as I play between both servers

I was on around 2am pst and was watching till about 2 hours ago. Lol. No luck today, I'll try again tonight but I made an account on one of the other servers, if I don't get in balmung tonight or tomorrow for my friend I'll just pay to transfer her character. (apparently gotta wait 3 days after creating to transfer)

Keep in mind that this loophole is likely temporary. If the strain on populated servers becomes too great they will likely deny all entry into these crowded servers along with some means of aleviating the population on them. Balmung, from personal experience, has a constant queue to log onto at this point regardless of what time of the day.

I've got an open welcoming policy to anyone who acts the same, so come on over if you can. Just remember it can be a touch crowded at times which might strain lower end computers, especially in popular areas such as the Manderville Gold Saucer.

It can be a major pain in the butt sometimes trying to get on. We ran through the same problems doing it with a friend who was starting the game on Sarg with us last week.

Its possible its temporary I don't know, I've been doing it since they restricted character creation, As I have been back and forth between the two servers a few times for Coil/RP/friends etc..

But paid transfer usually never has an issue its just making new characters on my account.
