ilvl 116 MNK looking for t9 completion and possibily on further progression to t10-13

I am a ilvl 116 monk looking for a raid group that is on t9. My available times are:
5:00 to 6:30 MON-FRI
11:00 to 6:00 SAT-SUN
BOTH TIMES ARE FOR GMT
TS3 does not work for me, so skype only plz.
