I'd REALLY like to see Effects on equipment

I hope they do it in 14. They shafted us in 11, even though judges had crazy armor that had this warping effect on it.. Would be cool to see some flaming swords and glowing armor,etc. I'd also like to see weapon buffs from a mage class. Like elemental buffs on attack weapons that would give them elemental damage bonuses.

yeah also we should ask a remake of the lord of the rings, harry potter and the sword in the stone,
seriously gandalf staff, harry potters wand and arthurs swords are magical and should have some amazing glow/particle effect around it.

Personally, I'd rather like to see materia actually show up on the items they are attached to.

Attach a red materia to your sword the physical appearance of the sword now has a red stone on it somewhere.

I guess they could make the stone glow for the stronger materias... or even glow in accordance to it's strength... but it would just be nice if there was some visual change in the items that have been imbued.

They said they going to add glowing wep but glowing gear? No thanks only some part should glow like rings/earring neck item and some part of the gear that have gems and what not but not the full thing glowing.

Did you ever see the judges armor in ff11? The armor could have an effect to it. There's more to 3d animation than making something glow..lol.. Lots of ways to make cool effects. Also it could be something you could disable if you don't like it. Like /display head off.
