Static Looking to Reform or Merge with Another Group for Expansion

We're looking for competent, skilled players to reform our static by the time expansion hits. We've been clearing t13 since the beginning of March, so similar experience is greatly appreciated, but not 100% necessary. We are a group that wants to progress timely through new content; we aren't necessarily looking to be world first (we have jobs and lives) but we don't want to be sitting on the first turn of Alexander for a month either. Please be able to accept constructive criticism and perform mechanics correctly.

We currently raid Tuesday, Thursdays and Sundays at 8est-11est. However we're looking to only raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8est-10est between 2.55 and expansion (farming for those last missing pieces or dicking around). The schedule is open to adjust once the group is fleshed out again.

When expansion hits, only the black mage is thinking of changing dps classes, the rest of us will stay as is. That being said, if one of the tanks is thinking of going Dark Knight, that's fine as well.
We are also open to merging with another group that has similar experience and a similar mind set to us.
