The random rule is not okay

After getting that one card be it 4 (33%) or 5 (66%) star you will then be only allowed 3 or below cards to be randomed.

You're not guaranteed to get a card of 4 or 5 at all, or even a 3 for that matter. And even if you do get a single good card, the rest aren't guaranteed to be of the highest possible rank you can get.

[Firepower]

A 0.375 chance (which would increase for every card below the 4 or 5* star threshold, albeit marginally) over the course of 5 cards (30/80, 30/79, 30/78, 30/77, 30/76) is a very good chance of getting one I didn't say guaranteed. The 33 and 66% is the probability of that high value being a 4 or 5 star since there is 20 5* and 10 4* cards.
