It won't run on my sister's Laptop

I have no problem with it, but my sister just can't get it to work.
It's got all of the minimal requirements, it's actually better than my desktop.
We tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.
It helped a little at first, instead of just crashing, now it almost gets to the character selection screen, then crashes.
She updated all her drivers and even reinstalled Windows 7.
    I'm completely clueless.

Could you post the laptop specifications please?

You can get all of the specs by opening your FFXIV config utility, then hitting the System Information Button. There is a copy to clipboard button at the bottom of that page.

Also, can you be more specific with exactly where it is crashing and what the error says?

I have to call my sister to get the specs, but it crashes after you click "Yes" to the waiver, it loads for about a second then it just says the application stopped running, no source of the problem or anything.

I got the same problem on my two other computers, i really want a fix for this! At startup after confirming admin, the updater goes black, then it says ffxiv has crashed. One of them got nvidia driver, the other got Ati. Not sure about the specs right now, il check the other computers later and post here.

The Mobile Intel Series Express graphics chipset is integrated onto the laptop motherboard, and almost certainly does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game. All of it's video memory is shared.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

You don't need any more information. Hes got a 64meg integrated video card. That doesn't meet the games minimum specs on the box.
