But yeah, Swift is definitely the toughest of the GC Officers.
He's a little easier with a 3 star deck since you will have some 8's to defend with... But yeah, he's a headache.

I thought Swift was easy. I farm him consistently trying to get the Raubahn card from him.

I've already defeated 30 of the 32 NPCs. Other 2 include Sezul, which my rep is too low still. I know max rep is not required, but rep has to be at a certain point. The other one is the Indolent Imperial, which I have yet to even try.

The hardest for me of the 30 I have played is Marcette and Rhutwyda of the Three Hearts. I beat Rhutwyda quite easily when I had very few cards and no deck upgrade, but then I went back to face her yesterday for a card I didn't have yet, and her deck was stronger and I hardly ever could defeat her. Her deck was stronger, with higher stars than any of those other 29 NPCs I had beaten, which was strange because when I first fought her with less cards she was easy. Made me wonder if some NPCs get stronger the stronger you get. Therefor I am unable to get Urianger from her, so decided I'll have no choice but to come back when I get my 60 card deck upgrade. I'm currently at 47.

My deck was

Mutamix Bubblypots, Memeroon, Baderon Tenfingers, Mother Miounne, and Bahamut

No regional rules were active, so it was Chaos only. My win rate was about 70%, because no matter what deck you have have, there is some RNG due to the Chaos rule.

I say was because after getting 30 NPCs last night and getting Squall card, I have a new deck I made I have yet to test, with 2 cards changed based on adding Squall. New one consists of replacing Bahamut with Squall, and due to Squall's strengths covering different ranks than Bahamut, I had to strengthen the upper rank, so I replaced Baderon Tenfingers with Momodi Modi. If this deck works just as well or even better I'll post back later. Theoretically it should increase win rate a bit.

no, this guy STILL sucks, anyone have a better deck? lol of any kind. Even with a 3* deck he just overpowers you will all 4-5* cards

Considering you said 3 star deck, my guess is you already have 60 cards. The NPCs actually get stronger the more cards you have in your collection. In example, I beat Rhutwyda of the Three Hearts deck easily back before I even had my first deck upgrade. I went back with 50 something cards in my collection and suddenly she is playing all of her highest level cards in same game with 8s and 9s that instantly turn into As or close due to ascension. I can only beat her now maybe 1 of every 10 to 20 matches.

The same happened with other opponent's that when I first played them they had 1 5 star they would play at any 1 time, and 2 stars and 3 stars. I go back after having a lot more cards and suddenly they are playing both of their 5 stars from their collection in the same game, and all of their 4 stars and only 1 or 2 3 stars.

I was going to post a thread about this yesterday asking if anyone else noticed this.
