Is the DF for both NA and EU? Or separated?

I'm not sure I did enough research on this topic but was wondering, now that I transferred my character from NA to EU for facing difficulty with my timezone. Everything seems fine in EU and loving it so far but haven't tried DF yet.

Is there one duty finder for both NA(Primal) and EU(Chaos) together or are they separated?
I'm afraid queue will now be worse since Chaos has less servers..

Or maybe I got the whole queue thing wrong? lol

I think if I remember correctly the DF finds people in the Data Center your in an EU is chaos right? So all worlds in the Data Center Chaos Df with each other.

So Chaos has a separate DF than Primal..
Basically I went from bad queue to worse haha. but let's look on the bright side, I found people in EU much friendlier

Specific servers are grouped together. The DF use servers of the same group. All EU servers are in the Chaos group.

err.... If EU timezone suits you better than NA timezone, DF will be better due to having its prime time matching yours more easily
