Scourge and Scourge II bug

I dont know if this has been reported a hundred times before but:

Scourge - Recast time 5 seconds.
Scourge II - Recast time 10 seconds.

Even when casting Scourge II you get the recast timer of 5 seconds from Scourge I on your bar, but it is actually 10 seconds and you cant see it. i have to just keep clicking to see when i can cast it again because its horribly visual.

I've never had this issue with Scourge or Banish II. It always drops to "9 sec recast" after I cast the spell.

mine does not.

Then it's an issue specific to you, and you'll need to fix out that bug report form detailing your ISP, occurrence frequency, etc etc.
