Triple Triad Card Art Contest

Just an idea a friend and I had while hunting for primal cards...(seriously do they have like a 0.001% drop rate?!) anyways, while doing those we thought it would be cool if there was an event on the forums were people could design the art that if selected as a winner would be featured as an actual Triple Triad Card (of course the developers would be in charge of picking the numerical ranks of the card and its rarity and of course HOW it is obtained in the card; whether it be a random drop from a fate/dungeon or won in a battle with a special triad NPC).

The design rules could be something along the lines of "Monsters of Final Fantasy" wherein the entries need to design a card that showcases a various creature from the FF series (like Morbol/Chocobo/summons/wolf/zu/golem/etc) if that be the case since there are already cards with those names the card would be named with Sp.Ed. at the end so like "Morbol Sp.Ed." to make the card different from the other.

If more freedom is allowed then having the entries design, name, and create a brief (100 words or less) history of the monster/character/art being displayed, would add to the creative function of the contest and of course would free up some of the burden of creating those items that need be presented to the development team to put into the game.

Anywho, just a thought. Whatcha think?

I love contests like this where the player base has the chance to make content for the game, but more than that I think cards with alternate art (but with the same practical function) could be fun whether they're from the players or the developers. Like monster cards that use Amano's work instead of their in game models.
