100 tickets adds +20MGP to consolation
200 tickets adds +15MGP to consolation
300 tickets adds +5% to consolation
400 tickets adds +5% to ALL prize pools and so on.

This means that 1.2mil has a starting value of ~1mil or 860K without early bird bonus.
