The threshold rewards are apparently somewhat random, because the numbers were different for Balmung as well, but so where the rewards on the left hand side.

Hmm, yeah that's different from what the NPC said. I didn't know that until now. No biggy. Just thought that was odd.

i assume it goes by each world so naturally more or less tickets are gonna be sold as well as different prize payouts :3

That's what I thought, the more populated the world the more tickets that sell, and the NPC said that increases prize amounts. I guess what you mean is it's random based on world, rather than going by population/tickets sold.
