Not getting lucky on the materia outcome of SB and not willing to spend any gil I will end up with this:

crit 31, acc 22, pie 22

I dunno if piety is that useful anymore. When your group is overgeared your SCH doesn't heal much at all, and with the aetherflow MP regen and the ruin buffs SCH just doesn't need piety anymore. If you group is undergeared, well the SCH is DPS'ing anyway. If you want to go cheap I'd go Crit/Det/Acc. I would probably at least max Crit though. I have a strong feeling that SE will make classes have more distinct secondary stat preferences in the expansion.

If I was willing to spend any money on my second relic I would consider this.

I really got unlucky with SB, I did get 2 det materia binding A LOT of gear during hunt downtimes and I wouldn't value 22 det over 22 PIE.
Maybe I am a little biased for PIE, as I'm coming from WHM.

for crit, imo:
While it might give me a mini tiny slightly edge over the other stats, as it stands, like 15 more crit rating at the end will not change my gameplay using adloq, it will not guarantee it critting so you never rely on its crits anyway so I'm not spending money on it.
