    Personally when I'm required to blm for our raid's, if I end up getting Firestarter proc on last F1 I will cast T1-> B1-> Transpose->Use firestarter proc. I will cut off B1 if I get the 1st mana tick instantly after B3.

    But then again, I'm not main blm and I haven't spent as much time min/maxing my rotations and such as I've spent on mnk, so I could be really off with this.

    Outside of fireweaving with OGCD abilities, that is optimal, to my knowledge.
