thoughts on the zeta glow effects?

i hate my sch book. nexus looks wooonderful. this zeta effect is too low key and lazy (imo) by comparison. every time i take out my zeta i feel like it might hospitalize me ;-;

wat do my fellow zeta bearers think after their work? am i in the minority ?_?

I think it's fine. People kept whining that the glows on the relics were too overdone, so I guess Square listened and toned it down.

any day. Nexus was hideously overdone. It made Curtana look like a lightsaber. The bow was even worse; it looked like a miniature sun that mysteriously fired arrows. I love this new low-key glow a lot better and I'm glad they didn't completely overdo it again because it would've defeated the purpose of the weapons being dyeable.

I like it a lot personally. I'm happy they brought the rings back which I really liked about the Nexus. I'm working on my Bow now after having completed my Lilith Rod Zeta. I have 4/12 Mahatma's completed.

I liked the overdone glows

The glow was overdone. It looked fake and made it seem as if people were gloating about their weapons lol. Hell, I have the Animus weapon, and I thought it was severely overdone as it was.

If I wanted a lightsaber, I'd be playing a Star Wars game. I think the Zeta glow is nice - it highlights the weapon but doesn't overpower it. If anything, I feel the Nexus glow was the one that was the most lazy (as the OP put it). They didn't have to do much because it was too damn bright to see any of the details anyway.

A way Square could make everyone happy is to sell a Lv50, zero/no stat version of each stage at the calamity salvager as we pass said stage. A straight glamour version of each one would give us a choice (without having to build a new weapon all over again) to pick the stage we liked best. Everyone's happy now.
