    (GM Question) Jumbo Cactpot - Is 0 a 'dead' number?

    It's way too late to change my number this week, but I noticed when talking to the npc that they pick a number between 1-9 each week for their lottery numbers, or so they claim. However, 0 is an option you can put on your card. Is that accidental, or is 0 a possibility in the lotteries?
