    A System Error has occurred-2146697211 - HTTPS System Error

    When I open the launcher, I get this error and it closes. Searching the web for solutions yielded many potential fixes but none of them have worked. I even tried contacting my ISP but they see no issue on their end and my internet is otherwise fine.

    I even uninstalled the game and still get the same error and now can't download the game.

    Of course it's Saturday so I can get no support via chat or phone...

    OK, got it working...

    It was the LAN settings. Somehow it got switched to use Proxy. Switched it back to auto-dectect and Launcher works.

    Man, that sucked. I noticed the proxy issue in firefox and changed it, but didn't in Explorer. I had to enable Explorer to change it's setting. I wish I had done that before uninstalling :/
