PvP: Primal vs Aether – The Reckoning (Feb 20th)

This weekend, a few members from the Wolves’ Den community on Primal will be visiting Aether to participate in a long planned “cross-data center” Wolves’ Den event. Players will be competing against each other in 4-man premade matches (light party), which will be broadcasted on Twitch, and while the event is in session, matches will be constantly undergoing, including Aether vs Aether games, in order to minimize downtime. Queue times are also presumed to be instant, as all participants should be rank 45. Further details of this event are listed below.

• Rules: All items, equipment, and abilities are permitted

- Start Time: Friday, February 20th, 2015, 7:30 PM PST
- End Time: Monday, February 23rd, 2015, 9:00 PM PST

• Participating Servers: Ultros, Sargatanas, Balmung, Faerie, and Midgardsormr

One hour before the commencement of the event, each team must have at least one representative logged on to the designated TeamSpeak server in order to help with organizing the matches. Tea Pan - What server are you guys temporarily transferring to?

If you're adders and want to get some frontlines in during your weekend on aether you're welcome to come to Faerie. Sargatanas is your best bet for flames, or if you know anyone on any of the servers definitely go there.

Sorry for the late response, due to the way level sync works having a 3-4 stated relic is actually best in slot for i80 level sync by a lot. DET caps at 23, CRIT caps at 33, so even with an i110 wep before it gets further upgraded you can have capped DET, CRIT, and 19 extra points into anything else (accuracy, spell speed, piety, etc..). It's the reason i'm rocking 3 skill speed on my shield on pld, I hit accuracy cap and capped crit/det, so figured why not and dumped the extra 3 points into skill speed which brought my GCD from 2.50 to 2.49.

I know the overall deeps increase is pretty marginal, once I finish my relic on BLM it's going to translate to something like a .5% damage increase, but it's something to do to keep me busy while queuing.

Also Ultros sorry we missed you on Friday. We ran for a few hours against the 2 Balmungs, Midgarsormr, a Sarg group and possibly one other I'm missing, but we're all east coast and it was something like 1 AM at that point and one of our members had to call it. It was awesome getting instant pops and fighting some really strong teams, it was the first time my group had done any wolves den premades so we got wrecked but had a good time and took notes (and a couple lucky wins). We'll be back for the next event.
