Im a user from cactuar server and im at level 11 in the questline, the last quest i completed was "Of Siblings and Side-whiskers" Normally the NPC should be at limsa lominsa lower decks (10,11) but he isnt appearing nor is his name. Im on a PS3 client in the north america region, please address this bug, id like to continue the questline.and thanks for the free week!
