Weeknights 11:30pm EST and Sundays are open from 1pm EST and onwards. Days would be picked based on majority.

Weeknights 11:30pm EST This is 10:30pm CST for me. This time will only work for me on Tuesday and Wednesday. and Sundays are open from 1pm EST and onwards.This is 12:00pm CST for me, which is either good or bad depending on what time I get off work. It works when I get off at my regular time Saturday night at 11pm, but I get stuck over sometimes, getting off at 7am. Wouldn't want to be tired or sleepy.Days would be picked based on majority.

So with your current timing above, I can match Tuesday and Wednesday for sure. Your Sunday is hit or miss for me.
