Spirit bond is good. don't change it. It's catchy and it fits.

Vote one more for Spirit Bond... If someone doesn't understand what it is they'll ask and have it explained pretty quickly. Dunno why they worry about people being confused so much. Wandering into an MMO and discovering the rarer aspects of the game is part of the fun.

I was under the impression that AP wouldn't be literally awarded but rather simply increased over time.

Spirit Bond seems fine by me, especially when you factor in Yoshida's explanation of what the Materia actually is. If it is written into lore as he explained it, the physical manifestation of memories, Spirit Bond Makes far more sense than anything i can think of.

Spirit Bond is fine for me too, but it is awfully close to the CON spell "Spiritbind." Might get a bit confusing.
