I dont think you even know what an F2P MMORPG is. FFXIV is everything a P2P MMORPG is nowadays.

1. If your face rolling the content in 1day thats your own fault. An do our also more than likely a more hard core player
2. Start a character from scratch, itll take more than 1 day to do the whole story, for me, Im not hard core but Im more than casual, it took me just under my first month to finish just initial story and getting my first class to 50.(did a few other things etc but not much) Ive been playing for over half a year now and I still have lots to do. Just finally caught up to current end game story of shiva stuff. Still haven\\'t even done bcob once but it\\'s on my list of things to do.
Working on getting other classes to 50, excluding crafting because I hate crafting lol.
it is always different for people who didnt play from start - in my case even the pre version 1.0. Of course you have a lot more things ahead of you then me.
With time the dungeons have the same mechnics all over again, no surprises there usually. That is why it gets facerolled, you really don't need to be hardcore for that at all.
At least on my server there is hardly anyone who doesn't beat new content on day 1, or better, on first try - most likely without a wipe, even if you dont get the mechanis... which shouldnt be.

More people should get behind this idea. On the off chance it "helps" improve the limitation of soldiery caps, it would also in an off example, help players learn classes on current content as well as help que times for DPS with the hoard of new healers and tanks coming into play.
If anything must change from current, this is the best change. Although the current system isn't terrible imo either.
