(though of course if the party leader decides to just ninja que without a ready check or any kind of warning then they probably need to sit out a 30min lockout or two in order to learn how to communicate better with the rest of the party.)

IMO if you join a party finder for farming light, you should assume a re-queue as soon as you exit the instance unless someone says otherwise (restroom break, need a drink, etc). Even then, you shouldn't get yourself tied up in something that you can't escape from very easily. It's rude to the other 7 people in your party.
