Thanks for setting this up. I like keeping track of such stuff, and your checklist spreadsheet is set up much better than any I might have come up with, even if I found all the data to fill it with.
I make these all the time because I find it fun. Really, it's just practice for the MIT Mystery Hunt, where being able to throw together a complex Google Drive spreadsheet to solve a puzzle with remote team members is incredibly useful.

For FFXIV, I have one that tracks each stage of the Zodiac questline that I should share at some point. A few parts aren't quite done - animus page only tracks dungeons with an eye for overlap with another job's Zodiac, novus stage isn't quite done (can't get all the PLD numbers or the PIE meld chances for any class =\), and I haven't bothered with the first stage at all.

I have one to track beast tribe faction, which helps you see the optimal order to do Ixali quests in for the fastest progress. I shared that one here a while back - no idea if anyone cared XD

I also have a really complex one for crafting, but I dunno if I want to share it. You fill in the current MB prices on the raw materials tab and it updates all the raw materials that can be crafted and shows which ones cost less to buy vs craft. It also updates the final products tab with the cost to make various items, and if you enter the sale prices of stuff, it tells you how much profit you'd make if you sold it at that price. It's really easy to use it to determine the most profitable crafts at any given time, and if you include the sales speed of the item (# of days between now and the oldest sale on the item's sales history), it'll calculate estimated desirability. The desirability formula also takes into account the investment/profit ratio (how much money is tied up in the item before it sells vs how much you make from the sale). You can also mark quantities sold, and another tab shows you your profits and is set up so you can track profit over time by copy/pasting a line with the formulas removed every time you reset your for sold items list. It's also broken down by category so you can see what craft is the most profitable for you (for me, back when I actually used the sheet it was LTW hands down). Another tab shows profit from desynth automatically updated from the other tabs. Another tab is an endgame crafter gear checklist (updated for 2.3 - stopped bothering to keep track after Artisan's tools) which includes the price to maxmeld each piece of gear.

If anyone wants any of these, feel free to ask here and I can (re)share them. The crafting one though, if you want that, you'll have to contact me privately as I don't really want to put that out there. Also, the crafting one hasn't really been updated since 2.3. When I had what I felt was enough money, I became rather zen about crafting and stopped caring if I made a profit or not. I mostly sell raw materials, items obtained via desynth, and items brought back by retainers these days anyway.

(contact info located in the spreadsheet in the top-left note)
