Steps:
As i was doing the main quest , i reached the part in Ye of little faith where i had to talk to alboise and as i was about to go to him i just couldn't see the npc , 4 others also had the same problem , it was frustrating but i thought that maybe i should wait until the maintenance , and i also submitted 2 bug reports yet no answers or fix from them . on daily basis i kept checking on the main quest but as i come and go people increase with the same problem .
