    terrible rubberbanding

Ok, so I've suddenly started having issues with latency and rubberbanding. It's a problem that recently started after I've moved into my new home. I've done all the testing that I can speedtest, pinging the NA servers, trying different routers, different signal, but the only thing coming up poorly is the change in ping to the NA data center. I could ping 121 ms and then a minute later it would be 60. I've not found any evidence what so ever that would indicate there is a problem with anything other than the connection between my computer and the data center.

While in the game, I can constantly see myself getting a receive signal in the thousands (low 1000's at best) and I can see my send signal go back to 0 every few seconds. This in turn has caused my attacks to either not register causing me to have to repeat it 2 or 3 times before I can move on in the combo or think it registers move on in the combo and then have it reset back to the previous attack. Not only this, but it seems to be really random when it happens. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this or at least make the game more playable? I've not had any issues at all until a week ago.

I have had issues for about the last week as well. It is kind of like lag but it isn't like normal lag. I first noticed it in duties where I would be running next to someone and all of a sudden they were a small distance in front of me after I see a burst of speed from them for a second. I also noticed it during macros, it will just miss a step in the sequence and screw the whole thing up, as well as actions in general. I can push the key on my keyboard and nothing happens until about the 5th time I press it. A one second delay is not much to worry about, but sometimes it's the difference between a completed duty and a wipe. And like swisa I have only noticed it for about a week or so.

I am also on a wired 1Gb network, with 50Mb down internet which I have tested multiple times to verify it is not my connection.
