Earlier this evening, our FC received an application from a new character,[REDACTED]. We thought little of it, and accepted his application. He said nothing to us when we greeted him, and it was only after we checked the records that we found out we were robbed...




While I was able to bribe him to get the items back, he still is roaming the servers, likely looking for more FC's to sweep of items. I'd like to advise all FC's -- old and new -- to please review applications seriously, from any and all players. There is likely more than just [REDACTED] running around and robbing guilds, in fact it is likely just some puppet account someone is using as a scapegoat to prevent items from being stolen. Furthermore, FC leaders should have a recruit rank that is restricted from accessing any items in their FC chest, to help prevent the same fate.

This is why you shouldn't let everyone in the FC have access to a chest unless they are with you for like a month+ and you can trust them.

Why would you allow anyone with bank access? I played wow for 2month and took me over 3weeks to gain the trust of the guild i was to get access to 2 tabs .

Don't allow anyone to have access no matter what even if you trust them. They want something? request the leader and ask them to send it too you simple

It was but merely a lapse in the judgement of our fellow human beings. I figured to remind everyone -- be it leaders of FC's as old as the game, or people just starting out -- the dangers that lurk about. Hence the title, "BEWARE"

He's stealing it to sell it because he is some pathetic excuse for a player looking for a quick way to get gil.

As for the contents of the chest, that is our business. It's not so much what was taken over the fact he had the audacity to do what he did.

He didn't join the FC to be a part of it, because he did the same exact thing to my sister's FC only a week or two prior.
