Duty Finder ban

I was in a party with someone and they went to get a drink and missed the que, it was their 3rd for the day and i only had 1 missed que for the day but I got banned as well, even tho I did que for the instance. I hope this is just a bug, doesn't seem right that if one person in your party doesn't que that everyone else in the party gets penalized.

Edit: The person in the party that didn't que was party leader, not sure if that made a difference or not but I figured it was worth mentioning
