There is an agreement when you play this game. SE can ban you permanently if you violate that agreement and being abusive is a violation. Once the GM service is up and running you will be able to report people. They can and will get banned if they keep it up.
To bad the service is nothing but automated responses right now. Ignore doesn't work with ultra mega lametardQ griefers. They make alts and grief you with their alts once you blacklist them.

I'd screenshot the violation and hold onto it. Might be useful later.

Racism ingame = call GM so he can check your chat log and investigate it.
Racism here = click on the "!" icon at the bottom of the message you want to report and describe why you're reporting it.
