    Pretty sure it was stated at the London event back in December(I think, maybe Nov). It was said that it will have no base, and will be level 1 - 60.

    What they said! ^ There are many reasons why we won't have new classes, and the only reason they remained was do to lore purposes from 1.0 as these guild landmarks were already established.
