Not sure this has been mentioned, but in current system you can already PL if you have a r50 character and it can just kill mobs and you get SP by not even touching the mob.
From what Ive been reading in the upcoming system the person who gets PL'd need to touch the mob first, after it can be killed by a high ranked character. So basically you cant just go afk and magically get to highest rank in no time.
