Is that to say that Thandiel's rotation is optimal? I'm just asking because I don't want to further contribute to the LolDrg stereotype, and I'm on PS4 so I can't run a parser to crunch numbers myself.

Yup, it is. I can vouch for all of Thendiels work. I contributed a few bits and bobs to his guide also. I'd say it's very optimal for players with sub-50ms. You'll need a slightly different opener however if you play with around 100ms, similar to myself.

What is the rotation if you're on FIOS and lag out every 10 seconds?

So far what I've been doing is

1. Ask FC for a pull timer
2. Get informed that the boss has already been pulled.
3. "Well then why aren't any of you mov-" - get hit by a landslide
4. Cry in a corner.
