I thought it was interesting that they called out the "Far East," where ninjas come from, for overfishing Ash Tuna. Doesn't really seem the Japanese way to point out their fishing practices are really bad.
I'm shocked at the resistance that's offered here; Shark Fin Soup is actually a really shitty thing! It shouldn't be in as a super food, call it like... megalodon soup or something and change the description. They go OUT OF THEIR WAY in that thing to rationalize why you bring up a whole shark and only eat the fin, which is something that doesn't need to be done and also doesn't get justified in game in any other recipes.
