The system we have now encourages people to participate, because you win something either way. If the winner took 180 points from the loser far less people would risk playing, which means far less people to play against.I'm wondering why Triple Triad PvP even works the way it currently does. Surely we should be betting the MGP? So the winner takes the MGP from the loser, not the current situation where MGP appears from nowhere... That would instantly discourage win trading and is honesty how I figured it would work to begin with... What is it with the developers and PvP win trading? They did absolutely nothing about it in Wolves' Den and now they're practically encouraging it with Triple Triad...
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
Really? Cos I hit the cap and start getting 25 per round and stop completely, so they've already taken players out with that. If it was more of a high risks sort of deal I could conceivably continue gambling against others all day.
If anything it should be an option. Friendly match, which caps out after however many games, or Gambling match where you actually gamble MGP and can play all day. That would be perfect.
Unfortunately, people would just throw matches if there wasn't a type of cap or a restriction. I would love more of a gambling system myself, but you know... People.Really?
