Tank: They should be able to dish out as much enmity as PLD/WAR, and their damage mitigation skills should also have the same reductions. However, their HP/Vitality and pdef/mdef ratings from gear are closer to WHM/BLM values, which makes them not suitable for sustained MT in latest dungeons. This is all they would be able to do, so no Holmgang/HG, Cover, or Scorn/Overpower (let them cross Flash as their only AoE enmity skill).

In short, they should be able to match healer/dps/tank potency in their basic roles, but no specialized abilities.
