Your "logic" is beyond messed up. FYI, any changes they implement to help balance SMN at the top tier content, will only trickle down to the rest of the players and easier content. Your point on "don't use SMN on a certain fight" is exactly why people are concerned with the status of SMN. If one job cannot perform at equal gear and skill level, it needs attention.

Yea see this is bad. I don't even take my SMN into CT anymore because the bosses get so many Dots placed on them that my DoTs turn invisible. Now I just go BLM, alot less stressful, and I shouldn't need to do that.

Actually you can filter a lot of that stuff out now and only display your DoTs or even make it so yours display first.

I did that, but for some reason my DoTs continued to stop appearing. The only way I knew they were applied was by the fly text.

yeah that happens to me in there too when im drg
i keep track of where i am in my rotation based almost entirely on my dot timers so itreally sucks
and even with the option to only veiw my own, they still disappear, but i know im not missing
