Password issues.

Hello~

Since I started playing FFXVI, I had FFXI linked to my Square Enix account. The proof? I have the Hermes' Sandles on my FFXIV toon. Now... not a long time ago, I decided to reinstall FFXI on my computer. After doing so, I try logging in and I get the message that my password is wrong after trying numerous times. I decide to contact SE and finally they give me a new password for my PlayOnline ID. This new password given to me also didn't work.

Now? where's the link to FFXIV? Well, all those passwords changes got my Square Enix account suspended for a while to "prevent" hacking. Therefore, I can't play FFXIV either. My guess is that there was several password changes on my FFXI account (I hope it's not, but it's probably a hack) linked on my SE account. This resulted in a temporary lock of my Square Enix account.

Now... I do want to play again both games. I want to get back both passwords but I just don't know where to begin.

What do you guys suggest me to do to get back the control on my accounts? There must be someway to get everything back.

Ok first step as with anything related to SE, contact them. Not Play online but SE. Call them if you have too but I would attempt a ticket so you at least have a paper trail. If you call them, they will help you a lot with your XIV account not sure about your POL account/XI. They helped me with a few questions and the guy who answered was actually really cool and funny not a jerk on the phone.
