I would like to know what's up with this.

On Shiva, the NPC says 9:00 pm. The patch notes say 19:00 GMT for the Chaos data center - that is, 7:00 pm. This latter seems to be the correct one, which for me is 8:00 pm, and that's just when the drawing happened.





Any other servers / data centers have this issue? Could we have it fixed please, because it's a bit confusing?
