And I saw someone say that you can't get rid of your lowbie cards. Is that true? Is there no way to remove these cards once you get a full list? (O.o)

Why would you want to get rid of them? Low value cards can still be beneficial, especially if you play against someone using the 'Reverse' rule like Momodi. They can even be tactical for Plus rulings. Once in your 'deck' cards are there forever, but any duplicate cards can be sold to the trader for a small amount of MGP.

Good resource to get up to 30 cards and have a chance at beating some of the later challenges.

What would be really helpful is a TT Progression Guide. Which NPCs to challenge in what order and what cards to buy when. Sort of the most efficient way to get to 30/60 cards kind of thing.
