    I think it's a good idea. I loved in FFXI how Tahrongi Canyon connected to Buburimu Peninsula through the Maze of Shakhrami. I think the game would be well-served by having a unified underground.

    Maybe they could take all those dead end caves and link them together? That would probably call for some heavy revision though.
