Endless loadscreen after crashed ST quene.

I quened for ST but the servers crashed and nothing more happend as a black loading screen. So I quit the game, started it up again (on PS4) but after that it isn\\\\'t possible to login with that char (Romi Miyahara on Cerberus server) again. Yes I can login with other chars, but that\\\\'s not what I want.

I am not the only one with this problem, check Twitter and other locations here on the forum. Please SE take a look to it. It\\\\'s during almost 90 minutes now.

You are not alone. I too que'd for ST and got an infinite loading screen. I cannot log into my char either (Skyloki Ranperre on Behemoth server). I was able to log in as an alt, and it showed my main as in ST, which shouldn't be possible since you can't have 2 char's on one account on at the same time.

I have exactly the same problem , my char on moogle is stuck inside Lab. of the ancients. I had the same trouble 2 month ago , i contacted SE support they told me to unplug and plug my router back on... last time it worked , not this time.

I contacted SE for this problem , answer : reinstall the game...... kthxbye

It's not a connection issue, or a software issue. If it was, I wouldn't be able to log in with my alts.

Same problem here as well on ps4. FC mates on PC having same problem. All stuck in loading screen of doom.

Same problem, and saying to reinstall is stupid... i can login with my alt and finish instance.. but my main is stuck in garuda hard...
