You may also wish to try deleting the game settings folder found in My Documents and log in again, however if the Gold Saucer area was where you were located this is unlikely to resolve your issue and I would suggest trying to log in later
Does anybody know what folder he is on about? I just looked for this folder and couldn't find it.
