

I was in the Gold Saucer and doing ok, the problem started when I tried to get into an instance. My character is not even in Gold Saucer anymore, he's in Keeper of the Lake, says the game. Same problem on moogle! stack in "now loading" screen after black screen as i entered in garuda hm.

They kinda don't get that it has not entirely to do with Golden Saucer. God damnit Developers, just restart the freaking Instance servers and we all going to be free.

same excallibur stuck on endles loading screen and it says im still on Syrcus Tower

You: I will be relaying all this to a forum so that the many players reporting on there will hopefully have an answer.
SEE Agent Chris: We do not have a time scale on when the matter will be resolved and would advise checking the lodestone at eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/news/ for updates on the issue
You: Well can there be something posted on there?
You: Even if it is just a ''Hey guys we're really sorry about this we know there is an issue and we're trying to fix it?''

You: So far there has been NO comms from SE's end unless it is about Gold Saucer and I think that's a shame and that just some acknowledgement would keep players happy.

So hopefully soon there will be a post about it on the lodestone the reality is there probably isn't. In my initial description of the problem I told them not to tell me it was GS related because I wasn't dumb XD


This is a very bad work. Really. I can understand the servers crashed because all people tried to do The Howling Eye extreme to farm light, but, really, they cannot fix this in 2 hours?
And that's not the only problem. They didn't put a message like "Emergency maintenance", no only a stupid string saying "Gold Saucer is congested" and the damn "Regarding Character restriction".

You and me both honestly this could be so easily fixed and shouldn't take this long to fix it. Since they can't give us a time for it to be fixed the best I could ask for is for them to acknowledge that this is a completely separate and serious issue. Had to tell my Raid Leader that there is a chance I might not be able to raid tonight.THis is a very bad work. Really.
