Pg bugged in garuda ex!

Me and my party launched garuda x, it was stuck on the loading black screen so we logged of and now we cant log back because the loading is stuck too!
plz help us out

Stuck in Cape Westwind... haven't been able to log in for over half an hour on levi. All friends that were trying to get into instances can't except gold saucer stuff (not sure if choco racing is on instance server).

Yes me an my PT got stuck on Garuda Hard on Hyperion server. Restarted client, now I cant log back into game
