Creating new static to clear/farm extreme primals and T5+

Tired of rage quitters in duty finder parties? FC can't clear titan ex? Strangers getting higher rolls and leaving with gear YOU helped fight for?

I started playing 4 months ago and leveled multiple classes to 50s and I have yet to clear all the content. I have raided in other games and want to begin in this one. But bad luck with the DF and spotty FC attendance has kept me away from the harder fights.

I am looking to create a static that would meet weeknights or weekends for 2½ - 3 hr game sessions focused solely on past content completion.

Plans:
Clear all extreme primals
Get as far into the coil before expansion drops as possible
Runs of WOD/ST to gear up everyone's alternate classes



Requirements:

• Reliable
• ilvl 100+
• Team player
• Serious about end game content completion
• Must watch videos before battles

All class types needed (I will start as a healer but also have pld nin and blm @ 50)

I work the following days and times (CST):
Thursday, 3pm to 11pm
Friday, 3pm to 11pm
Saturday, 3pm to 11pm
Sunday, 11pm to 7am
Monday, 11pm to 7am

While my schedule is consistent, me getting off is not. I work Security and HAVE to wait for my relief. This has caused problems long ago during BCoB static. When I join other groups, usually the timing works in favor for the other 7 members, so I either have to sit one out or can't log in during the raid times.

I began getting some T9 practice is, but it's been on NIN (healer and BRD slots are usually filled already). Speaking on that, how often is NIN used in T9? While I'm not the greatest NIN, I DO spam Trick Attack, and I sometimes would be the only NIN in DF paired with x3 BRDs.
