Need Help for two issues.

First thank you for any information you can give me. I can not seem to find a way to re-size or move my chat window on the ps4. (was playing on PC and ps3 until last week). Second no matter how many dungeons/duty finders of high or expert level I run I am not getting credit toward my pally mount. My counter has been stuck on 2 since the patch that added the reward came out. What am I doing wrong and if nothing how do I contact support for this issue as it is not listed under any of the options.

I don't have any ideas about your paladin mount issue, but as to moving/resizing the chat log:

Press L1 + R3 to enter "mouse mode" with the controller. (Note: Many FFXIV windows, including the chat log, re-assign the L1 and R1 buttons for switching between tabs. You cannot start or stop Mouse Mode while any such windows have input focus.) While in mouse mode, the right joystick moves a mouse cursor, and the L2 and R2 buttons act as left and right mouse buttons. You can use that virtual "mouse" to drag the corner (top right corner IIRC) of the chat log to re-size it, or drag the bottom edge to move it.
