Preface

FunEmployed <FUN> Was founded by a small group of friends which have been playing together for upwards of a year.
We're friendly, motivated, helpful and competitive. What we're looking for are folks with interests from crafting to end-game
raiding and anything in between. We're looking for folks who understand the difference between a game and reality, and
understand that everyone can choose to enjoy a game as they wish.


Raiding

We're very interested in scooping up anyone interested in progressing end-game content. We're patient people, and
expect the same. If you do plan to raid with our group, understand that there are seven other people in most raids that
are interested in clearing the content, and they fully expect you to pull your weight. We're not the group for you if you
expect to be carried through content. If you're a new player, feel free to apply. We're more than willing to help you
reach item level requirements, learn the fights and assist you in essentially any way we can.
We're currently progressing Turn 9, and very capable of helping up and coming raiders past previous fights.


Community

We're a very friendly group, and play well together with other Free Companies. Linkshells have been set up for communication
between FC's, and tend to set up groups between each other. If you're interested in joining our free company for a source of
conversation, we also have a Teamspeak 3 server for PC users and/or those with other methods of access
(such as Android, iPhone, etc.). We're a social group, and generally chat in Teamspeak while we're playing.


Benefits

We currently have one guild house on a small plot in Lavender Beds. It echos. It does have Choco stables and a gardening plot
though, so that's a bonus. If you're a crafter with an interior design degree, feel free to touch up the place . We're rank 8, so we
do have the second level of buffs and generally keep on the XP buff and are more than willing to cycle out the second buff to accommodate other needs.


Expectations

As said before, we expect those interested in joining to understand that people play games for enjoyment, and not as a job.
We expect those who join to give others the respect that's deserved, as we're all people playing a game for entertainment, not
to hurt the feels. If you plan to join for our interest in raiding, the same applies. Be sure to keep your temper in check, and maintain
a level of patience. You'll be shown patience and respect for as long as you're willing to do the same.
